We know that sending your pup to daycare or training is a big decision, and we are here to make the process as smooth and joyful as possible. Below you will find answers to some of the most common questions from pet parents—everything from how to schedule your first stay to what to expect on your dog's first day. General Questions

Our full-day daycare rate is $45. We partner with Happy K-nine for training services. The best part? You can drop your dog off for daycare and schedule training with Colleen at the same time for a seamless experience.

Please make sure all paperwork is completed ahead of time, including vaccination records and the online questionnaire. For orientation day, simply bring your pup—and we will take it from there!

Absolutely! We encourage you to schedule a tour to meet our team and explore the facility. We understand how important it is to feel confident in your choice for your dog's care.

Yes! Every pup begins with a one-on-one orientation. We gently introduce them to the environment and other dogs, allowing us to assess their comfort level and play style before joining a group.

If a dog shows signs of illness or injury, they will be safely isolated and we will contact the owner immediately to determine the next steps. If we cannot reach you, we may seek veterinary care at your expense to ensure your dog's well-being.

We do not currently offer full grooming or bathing, but we are working with a local groomer to provide nail trims for our clients. We will notify you when this service becomes available!

For the safety of all our guests, we are unable to accept dogs with certain health conditions such as total blindness, uncontrolled seizures, diabetes, cardiomyopathy, Addison's disease, gastric torsion, multiple limb amputations, or other serious health concerns. Please contact us directly if you have specific questions about your dog's eligibility.

All dogs eight months of age or older must be spayed or neutered to attend Sniff & Wiggles daycare or training.

Yes, dogs must be at least 16 weeks old and no older than 11 years on their orientation day. However, dogs already enrolled and over the age of 11 are welcome to continue attending.

We require all dogs to be friendly and non-aggressive in group play. Dogs must not have a history of aggression toward people or other dogs. Unacceptable behaviors include excessive barking, humping, whining, or overly rough play. If these behaviors occur, we will communicate with you and may recommend alternative options. For everyone's safety, dogs that cannot adapt may be asked not to return.

Daycare Questions

Morning Drop-Off (7:30–9:00 AM): Check-in and group assignments based on size, temperament, and play style.
Morning Activities (9:00–11:00 AM): Supervised group play.
Midday Rest (11:00 AM–1:00 PM): Quiet time in crates or calm areas. Lunch/snacks may be given if provided by the owner.
Afternoon Play (1:00–3:00 PM): More group fun.
Cool Down & Pick-Up (3:00–6:00 PM): Quiet time to help dogs unwind before heading home.

Yes! We can coordinate with Colleen from Happy K-nine to schedule training sessions during your dog's daycare visit. We are also developing enrichment activities to offer more one-on-one engagement. Let us know if you are interested—we love providing special experiences!

Yes, we offer half-day daycare sessions for up to four hours. The rate for a half-day visit is $35.

Yes! Our staff monitors all dogs to ensure each one gets the right balance of play and rest. If a pup needs downtime, we will place them in a calm area to relax and recharge.

We have indoor and covered outdoor spaces for play during rainy days. On hot days, we use misters and shaded areas to keep everyone cool. Your pup's comfort and safety are always our top priority!

We ask that you leave personal toys and bedding at home. Toys can sometimes cause issues in group settings, and we want to keep the play safe and harmonious for all.

If your dog requires a midday meal during daycare, please let us know. Most dogs are fed at home in the morning and evening, but if your pup needs lunch, we are happy to accommodate. Simply bring their food in a labeled container with feeding instructions.

We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, a $20 cancellation fee will apply.

Training Questions

We currently offer a board-and-train program that lasts three weeks. During this time, your dog will receive daily training and also enjoy the social benefits of daycare and overnight boarding. You can click here to learn more.

We use paw-sitive reinforcement-based methods to teach and encourage desired behaviors in a calm and compassionate way. Training is tailored to each dog's personality and learning pace.

The key to lasting success lies in the consistent work you, as your dog's owner and leader, do at home. We will teach the skill, but it is your ongoing reinforcement and repetition that will truly make it stick.
